• Refrigerant Returns: Returns of refrigerant gases (e.g., R22, R410A) are only accepted if they comply with federal hazardous materials (HAZMAT) regulations. Buyers are responsible for all return shipping costs, including any HAZMAT handling fees.

• Condition: All returned products must be unopened, unused, and in their original packaging with the factory seal intact.

• Timeframe: Returns must be initiated within 30 days of the purchase date.

Restocking Fee

• A 25% restocking fee applies to all returned items to cover processing and restocking costs.

• If an order is canceled, redirected, or requires a shipping address correction after processing, a 25% restocking fee will be deducted from the refund.
